How many guests can De Looische Hoeve accommodate?
De Looische Hoeve standardly accommodates up to 12 guests. Two additional guests can be booked, bringing the maximum capacity to 14 people. A baby cot can also be added.
How many bedrooms are there?
The farmhouse has five bedrooms. One bedroom for four people is located on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms for two people each and two bedrooms for two to three people.
How many bathrooms and toilets are there?
There are two bathrooms on the ground floor. One bathroom has one shower, two sinks, and a toilet. The other features two showers, a sink, and a toilet. Additionally, there is a separate toilet with a sink upstairs.
What facilities are available?
De Looische Hoeve features free Wi-Fi, a television, a well-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo, multiple refrigerators and freezers, a large garden, and play facilities for children.
Is De Looische Hoeve suitable for families with children?
Yes. The spacious layout and large garden make the farmhouse very suitable for families. Outside, there is a sandbox, swing, seesaw, playhouse, climbing frame, and trampoline.
Is the farmhouse smoke-free?
Smoking is not permitted inside. This keeps the accommodation pleasant and fresh for all guests.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
For a weekend, arrival is from 4:00 PM on Friday and departure is by 8:00 PM on Sunday.
For a long weekend, arrival is from 4:00 PM on Friday and departure is by 10:00 AM on Monday.
For a midweek break, arrival is from 4:00 PM on Monday and departure is by 10:00 AM on Friday.
For a week-long stay, arrival is on Friday/Monday from 4:00 PM and departure is the following Friday/Monday by 10:00 AM. Different times are sometimes possible upon request.
Exception: during Easter and Pentecost, departure is by 8:00 PM on Monday.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes. Pets are welcome at De Looische Hoeve, with a maximum of three pets. A surcharge per pet per night applies.
Is bed linen provided?
Bed linen can be booked as an optional linen package. The package consists of a fitted sheet, pillowcase, and duvet cover.
Guests must bring their own bath and kitchen towels.
Can I park at De Looische Hoeve?
There is plenty of space to park 5 cars.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi during their stay.
Are youth groups allowed?
De Looische Hoeve primarily caters to families, groups of friends, nature lovers, hikers, cyclists, mountain bikers, and similar groups. The accommodation is not rented out to student groups, youth groups, or similar parties.

Yes. The area around Wellerlooi and De Maasduinen offers many opportunities for hiking and cycling through forests, heathlands, fens, and river dunes.
What is there to do at the Reindersmeer?
The Reindersmeer is a beautiful place for hiking and enjoying nature. A well-known attraction is the cable ferry that visitors can use to pull themselves across the water.
What is there to do in Arcen?
Arcen is a popular destination in the area. You will find the Arcen Castle Gardens, Hertog Jan Brewery, Thermaalbad Arcen, and various terraces and restaurants.
Are there fun outings for families?
Yes. There are several options for a day out in the region, such as ZooParc Overloon, Toverland, and Irrland just across the German border.
Is Germany close by?
Yes. The German border is only a few kilometers away. This makes it easy to combine trips to Germany with a stay at De Looische Hoeve.

How is the price of my stay calculated?
The price depends on the period of stay, the type of stay, and the number of guests. Standard prices apply for up to 12 people. An additional surcharge applies for extra guests.

What extra costs might apply?
In addition to the rental price, costs may apply for final cleaning, energy, tourist tax, pets, extra guests, and an optional linen package.
The current amounts are displayed during the booking process.
Do I need to pay a security deposit?
Yes. A security deposit applies to the stay. After departure, this will be refunded according to the applicable terms; any costs for damage may be deducted from this.
How does payment work?
An initial payment is requested after booking. The remaining amount must be paid by the deadline specified in the booking conditions.
What are the cancellation conditions?
Cancellation fees depend on when the reservation is cancelled. The closer the cancellation is to the arrival date, the higher the percentage of the rental sum charged.
