Booking at De Looische Hoeve:
De Looische Hoeve is suitable for families, groups of friends, and other parties of up to 14 people. Standard prices apply for up to 12 guests. Two additional guests can be booked for a surcharge per person per night. The accommodation is not rented out to student, youth, or similar groups.
After making a reservation, 30% of the total amount must be paid. The remaining balance must be paid at least 6 weeks before the start of your stay.
Arrival and departure
Standard arrival and departure times depend on the type of stay:
- Week: Friday from 4:00 PM until Friday 10:00 AM
- Midweek: Monday from 4:00 PM until Friday 10:00 AM
- Weekend: Friday from 4:00 PM until Sunday 8:00 PM
- Long weekend: Friday from 4:00 PM until Monday 10:00 AM
Different arrival and departure times are sometimes possible upon request.
Additional costs
In addition to the rental price, additional costs may apply:
- Extra guests above 12 people: €25 per person per night
- Pets: €12.50 per pet per night, maximum 3 pets
- Energy surcharge: €17.50 per night, including gas, electricity, and water
- Tourist tax: €1.60 per person per night
- Mandatory final cleaning: €160 per stay
- Optional bed linen set: €12.50 per person per stay
- Security deposit: €300
Guests must bring their own bath and kitchen towels. Prices are subject to change.
Security deposit
A security deposit of €300 applies to every stay. This will be refunded via bank transfer within 2 weeks after departure, minus any costs for damage or other outstanding amounts.
Cancelling a reservation
A cancellation must be submitted in writing. The date the cancellation is received determines which cancellation percentage applies. looischehoeve.nl
The following costs apply in case of cancellation:
- Up to 42 days before the first day of stay: 30% of the rental price
- From 42 to 28 days before the first day of stay: 60% of the rental price
- From 28 days until the first day of stay: 90% of the rental price
- On the first day of stay or later: 100% of the rental price
If the main renter cancels, this also counts as a cancellation for the co-renters.
Cancellation insurance
De Looische Hoeve advises guests to consider taking out their own cancellation insurance. Depending on the insurer’s terms, this can protect you against certain costs if you unexpectedly have to cancel your stay.
